Shadforth approached Polished Pixels in 2020 to talk about their web transformation project. Polished Pixels was selected and thrilled to be trusted with building the new Shadforth website. This case study will outline how we built, tested and successfully launched the new website for Shadforth.

About Shadforth Financial Group

Shadforth Financial Group is an award-winning organisation with a history dating back to 1924 when Shadforths Limited, was established in Hobart. In 2008 Shadforth Financial Group was established through the merger of 14 specialist advisory firms. These firms were united by a vision and passion for client focussed advice.

Shadforth are now a national network of private wealth advisers and one of Australia's leading financial advisory firms.

Goals

Our goal was to build a a new website for Shadforth that would effectively engage new customers, drive growth and increase revenue. The beautiful design was created by Frank Digital. The website had to be built and launched within a tight timeframe. We also needed to ensure the website would be:

  • mobile friendly, and
  • easy to update by the web content editors.

Solution

Polished Pixels:

  • re-branded the website using the beautiful designs supplied
  • uploaded the new content supplied by Shadforth
  • trained all relevant team members of Shadforth
  • tested, quality assured and
  • successfully launched the new website.

Project results

Polished Pixels delivered a powerhouse website for Shadforth Financial Group that provides the company with a strong web presence. The new website clearly communicates the benefits of the financial products and services Shadforth offer to their target audiences. The website is intuitive to use for all the most popular devices and browsers. The new website includes a user-friendly editor interface giving the client easy access to the digital assets, making content management both streamlined and efficient. The project was delivered within budget and the required timeframe.
