In 2015, Joanna - the Business Development Manager at a successful conference centre in Sydney, needed a new website that would represent her quality offering.

The Executive Conference Centres offers high end event spaces in in Macquarie Park and Sydney's CBD.

This case study walks you through how we improved the business by delivering a new website. 

Goals

The MGSM Executive Centres website needed to be rebuilt in a new CMS and the content required updating to highlight the benefits of engaging with MGSM’s Executive Centres.  

The three main goals of this project were to:   

  1. re-build and launch the new website on a new Content Management System
  2. publish updated content that would more effectively convey a targeted message to the potential clients who visited the website
  3. launch a mobile friendly, search engine friendly and more user friendly website.

Solution

We improved the website by:

  • developing personas that helped to target the web content 
  • driving the content update process 
  • making the website friendlier to search engines, 
  • building the website on better technology (Squiz CMS).

The new website was successfully launched in April 2016.
